Joining us in this episode is personal stylist, certified life coach, and former lawyer, Judith Gaton. She’s also the author of How to be a F*cking Lady: A Modern Guide to Being Charming & Fierce AF. She lives by the motto that confident women leave legacies, and her life’s work is centered all around helping women find their confidence so they can leave their impact on the world. 

So how much can actually be said about undergarments? Well, a lot as it turns out. Here are just three of the points Judith teaches us about in this episode:

When you take the time to just stand still and assess how you’re feeling, as Judith said, you’ll find a treasure trove of information. It can be an uncomfortable hairstyle, ill-fitting undergarments, or just how the clothes you wear don’t feel like you.
