Let's explore the topic of exceptionalism versus execution. What does it mean? Definitions matter. Some people challenge me without considering the dictionary. For example, someone disagreed with my motivational message about selling. Motivation doesn't always feel good; it can be negative but still move you to action. Exceptionalism means being an exception to the rules, while execution is about carrying out a plan. So, the question is: Are positive outcomes a result of exceptional individuals or effective execution?
