I share practical mindset tools to help you rethink overgiving, including how to tell when resentment is quietly building, why we often tie our worth to helping others, and the two questions that can completely change the way you make decisions: Do I actually want to do this? and Do I have the capacity to do this? We also talk about emotional energy, setting healthy boundaries on the mission and after the mission, vulnerability, people pleasing, discernment, and why not everyone gets full access to your "Peter Parker" side.
