Creativity thrives within the boundaries of constraints. It flourishes and reaches new heights when there are limitations in place. Have you ever noticed that having unlimited time, resources, or ideas can sometimes lead to a creative slump, leaving your mind scattered and unable to produce anything we like?

As artists, we often find ourselves working under various forms of constraints, whether it's limited time, resources, project requirements, or others' ideas. However, we can also proactively practice self-imposed constraints to train our creativity and discover something new.
