In a contact sport, physical interaction is allowed. For example, if you're playing a sport with contact, such as basketball, getting fouled shouldn't make you angry. Instead, you should be pleased because it means the opposing player had to violate the rules to impede your progress. You should see it as a reward for forcing them into that violation, which is why we have free throws in basketball.
