They think that they shouldn’t be feeling frustrated, feeling frustrated means that they’re doing something wrong, and that they’re not going to achieve their goals. This can lead to doubting their ability, jumping from plan to plan, and allowing short term setbacks to derail them from long term goals .
But what if we start to see frustration as part of the process?
