Today's topic is tasks that you can delegate, passing them to others or even technology. 

Delegation isn't limited to humans, technology can also help. Entrepreneurs often know about delegation but may not fully embrace it. We'll discuss tasks not directly driving revenue that you can delegate. 

Remember, you can delegate tasks to software too. Don't think you can't delegate due to money constraints. Even if someone does a task 80% as well as you, delegate to save time. Know your hourly rate in dollars and delegate tasks that cost less. Delegation saves time for money-making tasks. Clear communication is vital. Delegation helps multiply efforts and scale your business effectively.
