Tom Crossland is attempting a 90 day, 3500km ultra run from Greece to London, raising money and awareness to help end modern slavery and human trafficking. As if this wasn’t enough of a physical challenge already, Tom was born with Cerebral Palsy, a physical condition that affects the movement, posture and co-ordination Tom has on his left hand side. This is a great conversation about overcoming physical and mental barriers, and discovering that we’re ALL capable of much more than we think we are. I hope you find it as inspiring as I did!
