Rejection, in essence, is the dismissal or refusal of an idea, proposal, or request. It's an inevitable part of life, whether you're in sales, dating, job hunting, or even playing sports. 

Today’s class, we’re talking about the concept of embracing rejection. Many people avoid rejection simply because they don't make enough requests or put themselves out there often enough. Rejections are part of the process, as even legends like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant missed countless shots in their careers. The more you put yourself out there, the closer you get to a yes, assuming you have a solid process. Additionally, it's crucial to ask for feedback from those who say no, as their insights can help you improve. 

Keep playing the game, maintain a consistent process, and understand that rejection is just part of the journey towards success.
