As a physical therapist, I have seen or talked to a lot of runners who want me to analyze their running form.
When many runners experience injury, they often blame their running form and want to correct it. But your running form may not be the problem and is definitely not the first thing you want to address when experiencing pain or injury.
Focusing on your running form can actually cause you to waste valuable training time when you could be focusing on more important issues.
Today, we are talking about why your running form might not be the problem and what you need to focus on before you start to alter your natural form.
