Being a visible and vocal participant in meetings with leaders & execs present is hugely important when it comes to advancing your career - but I also know it can be incredibly intimidating and difficult.  No matter how much you work on your communication skills, sometimes the experience of being surrounded by influential leaders can feel downright overwhelming.
