Emma Pallant recently claimed her third consecutive silver medal at 70.3 South Africa - facing the heartbreak of dropping her nutrition bottle and realising too late that the on course bottles she had taken were, in fact, zero calorie! 2019 saw her win no less than five 70.3 races, and she finished top 10 at the World Champs in Nice. We hear her story from runner to champion 70.3 athlete, her will to take the 70.3 Champs in New Zealand this year, and the story of passing out in T2 at Kona.
