Getting into this topic of what to look for in your employees and staff or in any person who you  want to have a job with because you want to look for the type of people who don't have the problem of getting into a position but never getting better at that thing that they're doing. You want someone who actually wants to get better, someone who wants to actually improve and move forward and of course, help the organization that they work for. Being your company, you want these people to want to move forward, and they want to help the organization move forward.
