Some of you may be solo runners and some of you enjoy running with friends or a running group. Today, we are going to take a look at the pros and cons of running groups, so you can decide if you want to join one or if you’re good flying solo.
Many runners love their groups and can’t run by themselves. Others feel too self conscious, thinking they might slow other people down, so they only run alone.
This leads both types of people to potentially limit themselves in some way and miss out on a really amazing part of running.
