This week I talk with Lj Johnson, a women’s hormone coach specializing in endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids. We chat about her experience with chronic pain starting at a young age and what it was like to be suffering in silence with no one to advocate for her. We also discuss the similarities between endo and interstitial cystitis and what to do if you think you have one or both conditions. LJ’s passion to spread awareness and to educate those diagnosed with a chronic illness is what drives her to do what she does today. Her goal is to show you that you can have an amazing life despite your diagnosis.
