In actuality, we oftentimes get in our own way in being able to see who people really are.
Sometimes it's hard to know how to make decisions about the people we meet - friendships, dating relationships - and we don't know how to keep ourselves safe. We don't know how to identify a healthy relationship.
I'm Jodi Carlton, and I'm an adult neurodiversity expert, but I also specialize in working with people to recognize when they're in abusive relationships.
