Today I’m chatting to Keira Rumble, known as @krumble on the gram. One of the most inspiring women I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, Keira really is living her mantra of #HealthyIsHappy. But it wasn’t always this way. Once upon a time, Keira was having numerous health issues, a health misdiagnosis, experienced binge eating, and was just getting no answers. Now, Keira is showing us that you CAN eat pizza and still live a healthy, balanced life, and has turned her passion for food into her very own empire!

She is the Founder of health food manufacturing company, Krumbled Foods (which I single-handedly keep in business!), a travel writer, certified nutrition & wellness advisor, model, and proud sausage dog mum to Hercules and Hector!
