A fresh start.
The musings and soulful conversations we have with our inner wisdom; our higher selves are just so full of truth, love and light.

The new commitments that we make to ourselves.
So much potential.
So much anticipation. 
So much desire brewing. 
I love it!

It's a great reminder of how powerful we truly are.
A reminder of how we really do, to a large extent, create our reality.
And how much agency we truly have to refine our desires, expand on a dream, to course correct, to make a change.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge that. 
You are amazing! 
And your desires have the potency to make your world go round.

What's missing in most New Year/New You conversations is how important your pleasure and erotic power are in all of it. It's time to change that.

Your sexual energy is not just about sex, it's creative life force; the stuff that creates worlds.
When you add that to the mix, "baby, you got a stew goin'" (Any Arrested Development fans out there?)

When you're "in your pleasure zone"  your sacred eros is fueling you and your intuitive genius is online.

When you're tuned in, tapped in, turned on, you are divine spirit dancing in the beautiful sacred vessel that is your body.
You remember who you are; the Goddess incarnate.
In that place your higher self is activated and you are at your most radiant and magnetic. 

The place where all the magic happens.

I know you know that place. 

You know exactly what that feels like and I'm pretty sure you want to hang out there a lot more. 

And you can. 

But it takes practice. 

You have to be willing to choose it again and again and again until it becomes your default.
You have to really, really care about your sensual pleasure.
And be willing to make it a top priority.
The great news is that there are practices to support you in this.
