Claudette has worked on Wall Street for over 30 years and has balanced this with her passion for health and nutrition. She is an avid gardener, budding herbalist and passionate about food. She is currently at a stage where she is looking to pivot from her many years in finance to sharing her passion and knowledge about food as medicine to her broader community. Claudette has been married for over 30 years to Robert and raised 2 boys, Dylan and Julian, all three of whom are the loves of her life.
