At 19 years old, He was diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic and his life changed Forever. He decided to change his career path from Culinary School to Dietetics and Exercise Wellness. He personally has lost over 120 pounds and has helped his clients lose over 3000 pounds cumulatively! He is an advocate for all his clients reaching their fitness/weight loss goals and has a flexible dieting approach that everyone can manage in their day to day lifestyle!!
