Junk food, urgh, I hate that term. Junk implies that it's rubbish. Have you stopped to think though that all food, when broken down, has plenty of nutrients that our bodies can use?  I'll explain why that is, give you some examples, and encourage you to use the term 'play food' instead of 'junk food'.

And yes, I've even managed to sneak in a reference to Friends. Remember when Joey tried to say he was "sorry"........?
