Let's talk self-care! We ALL (and I mean ALL) get to the point where we feel mentally exhausted from day to day life. The love cup is empty and nothing we do anymore seems to give us that buzz. If that's you, it's probably a good indicator that your coming last on your to do list. Self-care reduces the negative effects of stress. Taking care of yourself means you are creating tiny bubbles of space where you can be alone in your own thoughts without any demands or overload of information.
