Happy New Year! This is your first diary episode for 2023. 

This ep is coming to you from lovely Byron Bay. We talk NYE and all the epic food; Matt made a gluten free white chocolate and passionfruit cheese cake!

That said, this being the new year i'm embarking on January being the month of wellness and self care, so i'll be sharing all the things i've done to kick off the year well! And i share the struggles too. 

Boss and I checked out our mate Duncan's new yoga studio in Mullumbimbi (It's called Heart of Vinyāsa). I love seeing friends dreams come to life!
