In this episode, I’m having a real conversation about something every podcaster eventually thinks about: how (and when) to make money from your show. I’m sharing why having a simple plan in place, whether you’re just getting started or already well into your podcasting journey, can completely change the way you show up for your episodes and your audience.
That doesn’t mean I think you need to start pressuring yourself to monetize immediately, either. Instead, I want to help you get clear about knowing your direction so the work you’re doing actually supports your bigger goals.
I also talk about what this has looked like in my own business after producing hundreds of episodes (over 320+ at this point). Having clarity early on shaped so many decisions for me… from the structure of my episodes to how I think about promotion and long-term growth. I’m pulling back the curtain a bit on the mindset and strategy that helped my show become a real asset instead of something that drained my time and energy.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about the “money side” of podcasting or wondered how to connect what you’re creating to something deeper in your business, this episode will help you make a 15-minute money plan that actually works!).
