In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to be a high value man. This idea was made popular by Kevin Samuels, a guy I came across a couple years ago when one of his videos went viral. Kevin had a straight-up, no-nonsense way of speaking that reminded me of how I talk and that pulled me in. He used to have deep conversations about dating and relationships, especially around the kind of man women say they want. 

I’m breaking down the points he made about what makes a man high value, but explaining them in my own words. This is part one of a two-part series, and just so you know this isn’t a pick-and-choose thing. You need all the qualities if you want to be that guy.
