If you're not on top of your FBA shipments, some units may go missing because Amazon occasionally loses inventory. In this episode, I discuss how you can get reimbursed for lost inventory. Amazon won't automatically compensate you for missing items—you have to request reimbursement. However, it's not as simple as sending a message. You need to provide documentation and shipping invoices to prove the inventory is missing. While the process can be tricky and time-consuming, I share valuable tips to navigate it successfully.
