Hey, Scott Colby here back with another episode of the daily gratitude minute. Had a quick question for you. It might sound funny, but hear me out. Do you ever talk to yourself? You know, I talk often about having meaningful conversations with other people, so you can connect on a deeper level. But what about talking to yourself?
I'm talking about reflecting in going deep within. So, if you're open to this, here are five questions that may prompt deeper self-reflection, which I think is very important to do, but often we don't take time to step back and consider these questions. Here they are. Number one. What are you looking forward to this week?
Number two. What do you need to let go of, to feel happy? Number three, what are five things you love about yourself? Number four. What can you do to treat yourself this week? And number five. Where will you go to relax and recharge? Now these questions would be great. Journal prompts. You don't have to do them all at once. Consider just taking one of these questions.
