Welcome back to the daily gratitude minute. This is Scott. Thank you so much for joining me. You know, keeping a gratitude journal. First thing in the morning is a great way to start your day. But for many of us, we tend to just go through the motions. Our journal prompts us to answer the question. What are three things you're grateful for today?
My spouse, my job and my cat. There I'm done. Well, it's not enough just to write down what you're grateful For your life to change and for you to be happier because you're living in a state of gratitude. You need to take things one step further. Answer the question. Why. Why are you grateful for your spouse?
Why are you grateful for your job? Why are you grateful for your cat? So this week, take your gratitude deeper when you're writing in your journal. Answer the question. Why for each, what you put in your journal? And imagine what your life would look like without these things. Or these people in your life.
Write this down. Once you start doing this. You'll really feel the gratitude. And you'll be living in gratitude. I'm scott colby for say it with gratitude and this has been the daily gratitude minute Cheers.
