Every high performer has a social self and a predator self, and in this episode, I use LeBron James and Michael Jordan as examples to explain the difference. My social self focuses on harmony, approval, and how people see me, while my predator self is locked in on results, execution, and the scoreboard. The tension between these two sides determines how far I can really go. I break down why leaning too much into one identity can limit performance. The goal is knowing when to lead with presence and when to move like a predator focused only on outcomes.
