Duncan Peak is the founder and creator of Power Living Yoga in Australia, he's been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has a devoted following and community as a result. Fun fact; Duncan's Power Living Yoga was the first form of yoga teacher training that I did. And, Power Living was the first yoga school I ever taught at. Duncan shares not only his yoga journey in this chat, but also loads of life stuff, highs and lows, moments of intense loss and grief and moments of love and joy.
