Exposure is not a bad thing. I put myself out there every day with this show and across social media because visibility matters. But I also learned that too much exposure can start to dilute your authority.

For about 16 months, I was live streaming every morning across multiple platforms. That level of consistency gave me visibility, but it also came with a trade off. Everything in life has an opportunity cost, and sometimes the very thing that builds attention can slowly weaken your signal.
