Although this is a light hearted episode of the podcast, we hit some big overarching topics surrounding mens mental health, personal responsibility, black and white thinking and insincere relationship building.

But most importantly, it is packed with SILLY nonsense. We joke about ridiculous body building culture, egg and chips, indoor jacket wearers, google recapture and unsolicited hair removal..lol
