Jo launched Glamour in 2001 and turned it into the biggest-selling women's magazine in Europe, creating the iconic Glamour Women of the Year Awards, the Glamour Beauty Festival, and the podcast Hey, It's OK along the way.

We talk about her incredible career in media, including her time editing You magazine and as the CEO of charitiy, Children with Cancer UK. Now she has a fantastic Substack newsletter My Goodness, brilliant fashion commentary on Instagram (if you haven't checked out #clothesmyhusbandhates, you need to), and a new chapter helping people grow in confidence with public speaking.
