I only discovered Ro Feilden-Cook on Instagram a few months ago, but I was immediately struck by the genuine, honest, and uplifting way she shows up - especially while navigating huge challenges in her life and business. I knew strraight away that I had to have her on the podcast.

Authenticity - it’s a word we hear everywhere, but what does it really mean for us as business owners? In this episode, I’m diving deep into the layers of authenticity and exploring how it shapes not only the way we show up in our businesses but also how we connect with ourselves and others.

From the pressures of social media to the layers of personal branding, I challenge the oversimplified advice of "just be yourself" and offer a more practical, nuanced take on showing up in ways that align with your core values and your personality.  I also share some insights from my Positive Psychology studies, including the fascinating "Three Selves" framework from Ritu Bhasin, and a vulnerable story about my own journey with authenticity.
