Planning for summer using the IRER method has 4 parts to it. Intention, Reflection, Experience, and Rhythms. Why intention? Because there is a very big difference between creating an intentional plan and playing it cool. Reflecting on your wins reminds you how far you have come, and how much more you are capable of achieving. While experiences allow you to schedule your life, rhythms help you stick to the schedule!
