Today I want to open your eyes to the power that lies in self evaluation. Now more than ever with being away from our regular routines, we have less and less authority figures governing our day to day productivity. Companies have always been weary of their workers having the freedom to work from home because of the fear of lack of productivity. Now, maybe more than ever before, self evaluation is going to be huge in our abilities to stay on track and produce.
