I was feeling pain in places I had never felt it before.

I was struggling to breathe.

I could barely move.

But I was determined to get through the challenge I was facing.

And that challenge was…

…yoga.

I was doing yoga. For the first time ever.

And it hurt.

This was the start of my experience with Molly Jane, yoga instructor and breathing coach at the Wilder Wellness Center where my wife Lucy and I spent 3 days last month working on ourselves and on our marriage.

I’ve shared some of the takeaways from that retreat on the last 2 episodes.
