Mind Your Hormones

42. How to use SELF REFLECTION to improve your HEALTH & LIFE.

Listen Later

I can't wait for you to hear today's episode and actually implements these questions to improve your health & overall life.

We tend to only self reflect on New Years Eve or maybe birthdays but it's so important to self reflect often in order to live intentionally.

Here are 2 questions to ask yourself monthly, weekly, daily- whatever works for you.

1. What are you leaving behind? What isn't serving you right now?

(Examples:)

  • procrastinating
  • holding on to negative energy
  • guilt
  • shame
  • negative self talk
  • wearing busy as a badge of honor
  • pushing through

2. What are you taking with you? What do you want to cultivate more of?

(Examples:)

  • prioritizing self care
  • setting boundaries
  • saying no more
  • slowing down
  • sleep
  • loving my body
