This week, I had the pleasure of interviewing Jess Bojorquez. Jess is a runner who was born with a degenerative tissue disease, meaning she's actually missing certain ligaments and tendons in her body - and yet she still chose to pursue running.
For a lot of us - it can be really, really easy to forget how hard running can be and how lucky we are to be able to do it.
When I first saw Jess's story, I knew I wanted to share it with as many people as I could because sometimes, we all need a little perspective.
I'm not going to spoil any more of it.
Just listen to it.
And then share it.
We all need a story like this sometimes.
