What started as a calm morning of contractions at home turned into a very speedy, very dramatic dash to the hospital… and baby Leo arrived in the car, right out the front of the hospital, with an audience.

The hypnobirthing breathing, the birth affirmations, the M1 traffic drama, and the rip... and recovery that followed.
