Graduated dentistry 1980. Had high-volume family-oriented practice from 1986 to 2000. Sold it then set up high end adult-only practice in 2001 and sold it in 2009 to retire. Got bored after 6 months and started doing locum work. Noticed how inefficiently practices were run and started consulting and lecturing. Have been lecturing on case acceptance since Dec 2014 and on efficiency starting February this year.
