In this solo birthday episode #48 I share my experience with Covid, talk about rehab for a twisted pelvis, give you 22 truths from this 45 year old single mom, and play out the episode with Anna singing and playing guitar from her performance in Much Ado About Nothing. Somewhere in the mix I also share my current dieting mindset. This has been a lifelong struggle and it has taken me 45 years to love myself, be comfortable with my body, and have a great and healthy relationship with food. In this episode I share that process and what it took to evolve to “normal” and “content” from “bodybuilding”. I hope you enjoy! ☺️
