50 million people suffer with dementia today, that figure will triple in the coming 20 years. While genetics does play a role, lifestyle and behaviours such as the foods we eat are a siginificant contributor to whether we become a dementa patient or not.
I examine the role food plays in our potential to acquire dementia. Plus I look at the foods that accelerate the likelihood of us suffering cognitive decline, and contrast these against brain boosting foods.
