The human body is made of of mostly water and so its logical that we need to consume water to function and to thrive.
Water helps us digest food, it helps our organs like our kidneys to function, it improves the quality and look of our skin.
When we dont get enough water we ca suffer frok tiredness, feeling foggy headed and constipated.
BUT the problem is, water generally tastes bland, and as a result people look to fizzy drinks, and drinks like coffee which come with their own downsides.
