Today I'm talking to Kristina Karlsson, founder of the household brand Kikki K. Kristina was a pioneer in launching the luxe stationery category in Australia and making it mainstream. In its height, Kikki K grew to 120 stores across 6 countries. This much loved brand however later faced hardships and to close down some of its stores and fell into voluntary administration at the start of Covid. 17 months later it happened again as the business again went into voluntary administration. Kristina opens up about all of this, and also talks about how she bounced back from failure to build the next exciting chapter of her dream life.
