Today I have the pleasure of talking with homeowner and renovator extraordinaire Lynn Ferrari, a Dublin native living her best life in Waterford City. Lynn discovered a passion for interiors in her first amateur renovation journey catalogued in her popular Instagram account, @myoldbrandnewhome, which then led her to flip her first property and invest in a new home during the pandemic with two young children in tow.
