  1. Environment Toxins Also called obesogens and diabetogens. I shared alarming research that the average person eats a credit card’s worth of plastic each week (5 grams), how toxins create fat cells, and the dangers of silver amalgam fillings.
  2. Adulterated Seed Oils I showed research on these oxidized fats staying inside of our bodies for 2-5 years! I made the case that we have seen an increase with disease that tracks closely with the increase of these rancid fats in our diet.
  3. Glyphosate I shared research from Stephanie Seneff (MIT) and Nancy Swanson on glyphosate causing heavy metals to enter deeper inside our tissues and bones. I also showed strong correlations between the application of glyphosate and specific diseases.
  4. High Glucose and Insulin Spikes I shared stats on the average American eating up to 23 times per day while consuming 300 grams of carbs daily. This is a fast path toward insulin resistance and diabetes.
