In this week's episode I wanted to talk about those really tough, unbearable, rock bottom, messy moments.

Well, I know we've all been through them. Unfortunately, this is GRIEF. This is the true picture of what it looks like and what it feels like.

I wanted to share one of my rock bottom moments with all of the listeners because I want you to know that you're not alone. This is hard. I know I can't fix it for you, but I CAN help you through it.

I've compiled a list of different ways and different things you can do to get through those messy moments and dig yourself out of them.
