Stoke the fire- be affectionate and loving all day
Set the room- tidy up, comfortable temp, music, sexy smells and lighting
Create the space- Dress sexy, express intentions & visualize, engage in eye gazing, breath work and massage.
Co-Create your dream- Focus on visualizing the intention you set, be fully present and engage in solid aftercare.
