Elite runners, as impressive as they are, are sometimes very difficult to relate to because I have no idea what it is like to run at that level.
In today's chat with Emily Harrison, who is undoubtedly one of the best ultra runners in the world, the experiences and struggles that we talked about all struck me as not only being relatable but also easily implemented into my training and race.
I thought this was a great chat when we recorded it, but after listening through it again, I think you'll agree this episode is one of the best.
